Hummingbird House is a delightful little bed and breakfast guesthouse in Tortola, British Virgin Islands, which is situated in the quiet tree lined estate of Pasea, only minutes walk from banks, shops, restaurants & marinas in Road Town.

The perfect oasis for mature visitors and friends, and the business traveller looking for Bed and Breakfast lodging, or accomodations, with reasonable rates and close to amenities.

ROOMS & RATES
All rooms have en suite bathroom, television, refrigerator, coffee-maker, and air-conditioning.
The rates range seasonally. Weekly discounted rates are also available. Since May 1st, 2007 it is against the law to smoke in public areas so Hummingbird House is a non-smoking B&B.

• One superior large front room has 1 Queen-size bed and 1 double-bed.
  From $155.00 double per night.
• 2 mid-size rooms:
  One room with 1 Queen & 1 double bed and one room with 1 Queen & 1 double Futon.
  From $140.00 double per night.
• One Standard room with a kingsize bed.
  From $135.00 double per night.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES

• $30.00 charge for each extra person sharing, after double.
• Please add 17% tax and service charges.
• Energy surcharge for air-conditioning use:
  Overnight (12 hours) $20.00/day - Full Day (24 hours) $35.00/day
• Wireless internet access with your own computer is free of charge.
• Local telephone calls $0.50.
• Local transportation in the Road Town area is available, in the mornings and early afternoons only. From $5.00 & up.

CANCELLATION TERMS

• If cancellation notice is given 6 weeks before arrival date there is a full refund.
• 4 weeks notice receives 75% refund.
• 2 weeks notice revcieves 50% refund.
• There is no refund with less than 2 weeks notice.
• For Non-arrival, for any reason, of one-night-only booking there is NO REFUND.

For your convenience there is a large terrace with a pool, an 'honor bar' and a lounge with lots of books and internet access.
